How do I determine whether or not a technician checked in/out properly with the IVR?

There are a few ways to check for this in FM Pilot.

The first way is; From the WO list view, you can click on the calendar (Schedules) icon and the ‘Actual’ time is the time recorded by the IVR.

Secondly, from within the WO, you can click on the Schedules tab and the IVR recorded time is also listed in the ‘Actual’ section.

Lastly, you can also click on the tracking icon (blue truck) and track the check in and out times that way. *If there is no time recorded in these sections, that means the IVR was not properly used and the time was not recorded.
