What do the Work Order Priority Codes mean?

EMG – Emergency! The Service Provider is expected on site ASAP.

P2 – The Service Provider has 2 hours from the time of dispatch to arrive at the
service location regardless of the time or day of the week. This Priority is reserved
for severe emergencies.

P4 – The Service Provider has 4 hours from the time of dispatch to arrive at the
service location regardless of time or day of the week.

P8 – If a Work Order is created with this Priority before noon local time, the
Service Provider is expected to be on site by close of business the same day. If a
Work Order is created with this Priority after noon local time, the Service Provider
is expected to be on site first thing the next calendar day.

NDT – I. (Next Day by 2pm – Retail) The Service Provider must arrive at the
service location no later than 2pm the following day, regardless of the day of the
week.

NDT - II. (Next Day by 10am – Restaurants) The Service Provider must arrive at
the service location no later than 10am the following day, regardless of the day of
the week.

P24 – (24 hours. 1 business day) The Service Provider must arrive at the service
location by the close of business the next business day. For example: Work Orders
dispatched with a P24 on Friday allows the Service Provider until end of business
on the following Monday. Weekends & Holidays are not included in this Priority.

P48 – (48 hours. 2 business days) The Service Provider must arrive at the service
location by the close of business within the next 2 business days. For example:
Work Orders dispatched with a P48 on Monday allows the Service Provider until
end of business on Wednesday. Work Orders dispatched on Friday allows the
Service Provider until end of business on Tuesday. Weekends & Holidays are not
included in this Priority.

P72 – (72 hours. 3 business days) The Service Provider must arrive at the service
location by the close of business within the next 3 business days. For example:
Work Orders dispatched with a P72 on Monday allows the Service Provider until
end of business on Thursday. Work Orders dispatched on Friday allows the
Service Provider until end of business on Wednesday. Weekends & Holidays are
not included in this Priority.

P168 – (7 calendar days) The Service Provider must arrive at the service location
by the close of business within the next 7 calendar days. Weekends & Holidays
are included in this Priority.

P336 – (14 calendar days) The Service Provider must arrive at the service location
by the close of business within the next 14 calendar days. Weekends & Holidays
are included in this Priority.

PS – Pending Schedule. A specific timeframe for arrival has not yet been
established. This Priority is often used for PM Work Orders.
