Why can’t I remove an attachment?
- At this time, the system does not allow service providers to access the feature to remove an attachment. The training department must remove the attachment.
Do I need to attach an invoice copy to my invoice in the system?
- No. You only need to attach the signed WO page (for all vendors except THD)
When I try to submit my invoice, I get an error telling me that I need an attachment. What am I supposed to attach?
- You need to attach the WO page signed by the SM when you were on site.
- (EXCEPT THD vendors – this is an error – attach a blank doc and then re-submit)
