Can't Access FTP Server - Bulk Invoicing

 

When bulk invoicing, should you get an error preventing you to access the Home Depot folder, please use these steps to access the ftp server directly:

 

You must be in Internet Explorer ONLY! You cannot access the server in any other browser.

Then go to ftp.fmpilot2.com

You will then be prompted to enter in your login information:

This will be your Vendor Code as the Username and your Vendor Code as the password.

Example: STV85019TX (remember this is case sensitive)

Once you have entered in your password information you will be brought to the screen below:

 

Once you have entered in your password you will then be brought to a screen with a yellow folder called “TheHomeDepot”. You will then click on this folder and it will open to a blank folder with nothing in it. This is where you are going to drag and drop your excel spreadsheet to.

Once you have moved this folder over a screen will pop up that shows something is downloading. Once this is completed downloading you will be able to see your spreadsheet within that folder.

You have now uploaded your spreadsheet to the server. Please remember that bulk invoicing is pulled at 8am and 3pm EST time only.
