What is the IVR?

  • IVR is the integrated voice recognition system – it’s what you as service providers use to check in/out of the job site.


How do I use the IVR?

  • You need to call the appropriate IVR number (each client has their own - located on the work order) and follow the automated prompts.


Do I have to use the IVR every time I’m on site?

  • Yes. There are no longer any exceptions to this.


What about PMs?

  • Yes. No exceptions.
