Upon successfully logging in to fmPilot, the “Facility Service Desk” menu is displayed. The menu offers a variety of options from which to choose. Each option can be selected with a single mouse click. Note that the same options are also available in the left-side navigation area.
Reports: Offers numerous ways to access historical and financial work order information.
My Profile: Update/modify user information, including: password, phone number and building.
Update Work Orders: Search, update, and print existing work orders assigned to your labor code. This option can also be used to submit quotes, respond to quotes and enter comments back to the operator and/or requester.
Batch Invoicing: Provides a quick and easy way to load multiple invoices from an Excel document to the fmPilot system.
Vendor Guide: Offers an in-depth, electronic copy of the fmPilot user guide for vendors. The file is offered in a PDF format, for easy access. Click on the link, and either open a copy to view or save a copy to your local machine for future reference.
IVR Guide: Outlines how technicians can keep you and the client informed of the progress of work. The file is offered in a PDF format, for easy access. Click on the link, and either open a copy to view or save a copy to your local machine for future reference.
