What Happens If The Technician Forgot To Check In/Out With The IVR?

the IVR is a tracking system and is mostly automated. If you have any difficulty with the IVR, please make sure you have them reach out to the service center.

If the tech forgets to use the system, you will need to reach out to the service center for assistance with updating the IVR times.
