To add an attachment you want to first make sure you are either in the Quoting or Invoicing screen. It will look something like this:
You will make sure you entered in all of your items either in the quote or invoice, then click the save button. Once you do this the attachment icons will appear in the upper right hand corner.
**please remember that you will not get the attachment icons until you save all your items in the invoice/quote. **
The paperclip icon with a yellow star, is the one you will use to “add an attachment”. To view the items once attached you will click on the other paperclip without a star.
Once you have attached your items, click the save button again to ensure the items are attached properly. Once this is done you can then invoice/quote as normal.
