Updating the ETA in fmPilot 2.0
After you have accepted a Work Order (WO), you need to schedule your estimated time of arrival on site (ETA).
Open the WO you need to schedule by either opening it from your work order list view Or by searching for the work order number:
Once you have opened the work order, Locate the "Schedule" section of the WO page, highlighted in yellow below:
Once inside the scheduling section of your work order, you will see three sets of dates:
The "Target" is set when the work order is created.
The "Schedule" is what you need to set.
The "Actual" dates are what is recorded by the IVR.
Click on the empty field next to "Schedule" to pull up the Calendar
Select the Date your technician will be on site
Adjust the time in which your technician will be on site
Your ETA has now been updated:
Now just select Save WO and your ETA is set!!
