You can "Accept" or "Reject" an order within FM Pilot 2. Select the orders that are in the "Waiting for acceptance" status (pending acceptance)
Note: “Actions” will not appear if the box is not selected.
Once you have selected the order, click on “Accept Work Order - Needs To Be Scheduled” (You have no estimated arrival time “Vendor Accepted” )
If you have the schedule, select “Accept Work Order - Already Updated ETA” . (This will move the order to “In Progress” )
If your company cannot accept the job, you will select “Reject Work Order” . This lets the system know that you will need to find another Provider.
Please accept the orders as soon as possible after receiving them. In instances where orders are not accepted, they will be sent to another Provider.
Once the order is accepted, it will be “Accepted” (accepted) and the estimated date of arrival will be entered, the status will be moved to “In Progress” (in progress). If the order is rejected, the status will be moved to “VREJCT” (order rejected). The order will be sent to another provider.
Note: If you cannot accept or reject the order, you can contact a representative in our service center, a representative can enter notes in the order. You will be responsible for entering the estimated date of arrival.
Service Provider further warrants that all materials, equipment and labor supplied to CBRE is and shall be free from errors, faults and defects in workmanship, construction, structural and functional design, material and operations and in conformance with the requirements of this Agreement and the applicable Work Order for a period of twelve (12) months following the completion of the Services to CBRE’s satisfaction; provided, that if any longer warranty period is specified for any materials, equipment or workmanship under any plans or specifications, this Agreement, a Work Order or any manufacturer’s warranty, the longer warranty period shall govern. Service Provider shall ensure that all materials and equipment that have a manufacturer’s warranty are registered with the manufacturer in Client’s name.
