Creating new user

• Click  Administration from there, select  Security 

• Click on  Add User
• The selections to fill out will appear
• Fill all the selections
• In “Vendor Role” you will always select  User
• Click on  Update

** Tip: The username “user name” will always be the first initial of the first name, followed by the last name. Do not enter the provider code here. That will be automatically assigned as the user is created. **

You can find your supplier code, just click on  “Return to Main” . You will provide the new user with the provider code with the backslash "\" and the username you created. For example:

CLE71655MX \ user

Remember to enter your username as the System will not send you an email.

** Tip: The backslash “\” will be below the back button. **

Editing Users

• Click on  Administration and from there you will select

Select the user you want to edit and click  Edit User . Once you update the information, click on “Update”  to save your new information.

Delete a user

• Click on  Administration and select Security

Select the user you would like to delete. Once you select it, click on  “Delete User” . Then confirm the user you want to delete by selecting “OK”.

Service Provider further warrants that all materials, equipment and labor supplied to CBRE is and shall be free from errors, faults and defects in workmanship, construction, structural and functional design, material and operations and in conformance with the requirements of this Agreement and the applicable Work Order for a period of twelve (12) months following the completion of the Services to CBRE’s satisfaction; provided, that if any longer warranty period is specified for any materials, equipment or workmanship under any plans or specifications, this Agreement, a Work Order or any manufacturer’s warranty, the longer warranty period shall govern.  Service Provider shall ensure that all materials and equipment that have a manufacturer’s warranty are registered with the manufacturer in Client’s name.
