Warranty/Recall Process for THD Providers


Warranty/Recall work orders

Work order is considered a RECALL, if repairs for the same issue or same piece of equipment were performed within the last 30 days.


RECALL work orders default to $0.00 DNE.

If the issue is different than the issue previously addressed and therefore, not a RECALL. Then you will follow the work order dispute process.


Work Order Dispute Process


  • You will go up to “Actions”
  • Click on “Dispute Warranty Recall”

This will move the work order status to “Vendor Disputes Recall”


Work orders that are in Vendor Disputes Recall are processed by Home Depot, for additional assistance, you will need to contact the Account Owner at Home Depot


Facility Source staff is not permitted to re-instate DNE
