Home Depot - Accepting a work order via IVR


How to accept a work order for Home Depot via IVR 


Before calling, be sure that the work order is in “Pending Acceptance” (PAC)

  1. Dial into the IVR call-in number
  2. At the voice prompt, select your preferred language
  3. At the voice prompt, enter your PIN
  4. At the voice prompt, enter your work order number
    • For PM work orders, press (1)
    • For WEB work orders, press (2)
  5. At the voice prompt:
    • To accept, press (1)
    • To reject, press (2)

Your work order has now been accepted!
