Unable to Check In

 

If you encounter an error where you are unable to check in please take a screenshot of the error message(go here, to learn how to take a screen shot on your device) and email to mobile@facilitysource.zendesk.com. 

You will then utilize the IVR system instead of the mobile app to ensure your time is accounted for while onsite. 

All IVR information will be listed on the printable work order you were dispatched.
