Accepting Multiple Work Orders in fmPilot 2 - Mode 4

Once you click on your client and you are in your work order list page, using the Sort By - Display Status  field filter to see work orders in Pending Acceptance

Click Beginning Statuses and select Pending Acceptance

All work orders in Pending Acceptance will populate:

Click on the first box in the first work order, you will then notice an Actions tab appear on the top right, next to Sort By - Display status. From the Actions list you will click Select All.

The system will then select all work orders in the selected status

After all work orders are selected by the system, go back to Actions, this time you will select Accept Work Order – Already Updated ETA

All work orders selected will update to In Progress status. You may see a message stating No Work Orders to Display, this is because the filter to view work orders in Pending Acceptance is still active.

Go back to the Sort By - Display Status, this time you will select to view work orders in the status In Progress 

Click Progress Statuses and select In Progress

All selected work orders are now in In Progress

 Service Provider further warrants that all materials, equipment and labor supplied to CBRE is and shall be free from errors, faults and defects in workmanship, construction, structural and functional design, material and operations and in conformance with the requirements of this Agreement and the applicable Work Order for a period of twelve (12) months following the completion of the Services to CBRE’s satisfaction; provided, that if any longer warranty period is specified for any materials, equipment or workmanship under any plans or specifications, this Agreement, a Work Order or any manufacturer’s warranty, the longer warranty period shall govern.  Service Provider shall ensure that all materials and equipment that have a manufacturer’s warranty are registered with the manufacturer in Client’s name.
