Downloading Attachments in fmPilot2 - Mode 4 Follow
You have two ways to access the attachments on your work order. Below you will be shown both options.
Login to www.fmPilot2.com
Downloading from Work Order list view:
1. From your Vendor Directory list select and click on your Client name
2. Locate your work order. Once you locate your work order, you will see a paperclip icon located to the right of the work order status. In this example, the work order is in Pending Acceptance. Click the paperclip icon.
3. This will bring out a new panel on the page and take you directly to the attachments. You will see the attachments from the work order and have many options for downloading. You can select the attachments by checking the check box in the left top corner of the attachment box and then select the “Actions” button and on that drop down select “Download Selected”. You can also select the three vertical dots on each attachment and then select download.
Downloading Attachments in the Work Order:
1. Locate your work order. Click on the blue PM/WEB number to access the work order overview page.
2. Once in the work order you will see Overview, Finance, Comments, Tracking, and Attachments. Select Attachments this will take you to the attachment section of the page.
3. You will see the attachments from the work order and have many options for downloading. You can select the attachments by checking the check box in the left top corner of the attachment box and then select the “Actions” button and on that drop down select “Download Selected”. You can also select the three vertical dots on each attachment and then select download.
You have now Downloaded your Attachments!
Service Provider further warrants that all materials, equipment and labor supplied to CBRE is and shall be free from errors, faults and defects in workmanship, construction, structural and functional design, material and operations and in conformance with the requirements of this Agreement and the applicable Work Order for a period of twelve (12) months following the completion of the Services to CBRE’s satisfaction; provided, that if any longer warranty period is specified for any materials, equipment or workmanship under any plans or specifications, this Agreement, a Work Order or any manufacturer’s warranty, the longer warranty period shall govern. Service Provider shall ensure that all materials and equipment that have a manufacturer’s warranty are registered with the manufacturer in Client’s name.
