Schedule (ETA) – Dates set by your company of when a technician will arrive at location to begin and complete services.
Actual – IVR check in/out time will be displayed here. Cannot be manually changed or added.
- Click on “Schedule Start” and select the date and time the technician is expected to arrive onsite.
