+ All technicians are required to use the IVR to check in/out.
+ On each work order sent by email or printed from fmPilot, you will find the details needed to use the IVR system.
The IVR Block will have all of the needed IVR details listed in order for your technicians to successfully check in and out.
This update will make it easier for your technicians/associates to identify the proper IVR details needed for requests.
Please see below screenshot of an example of the updated IVR Block:
The updated IVR Block will have:
- IVR Number listed for that specific request
- IVR PIN number for that specific request
- The Work Order number to be utilized with the IVR for that specific request
