 1st Login to FM 1  

2nd Search for your Work order in the Find work order box

 

3rd make sure you're in Pending Quote

4th To Add Incurred Labor & material scroll down and click Add Labor or Add Material. 

If no incurred work was done scroll down your page and skip to step number 6

5th a pop up will appear, enter the Labor Rate and QTY then click Add, for Material type the name of the material then enter the QTY and Unit cost and click Add

6th to add Non- Incurred Labor & material scroll down and click Generate Quote

7th click View Quotation Details and fill in the pop-up 

8th a pop up will appear, fill in the Labor and Material and click Add after each entry, Then click Close.

9th Scroll down the page add Tax if applicable and click Generate Quote.

The last pop up will appear, click OK if you are ready to submit your Quote

To verify it was submitted you want the Status to show WAPPR

Service Provider further warrants that all materials, equipment and labor supplied to CBRE is and shall be free from errors, faults and defects in workmanship, construction, structural and functional design, material and operations and in conformance with the requirements of this Agreement and the applicable Work Order for a period of twelve (12) months following the completion of the Services to CBRE’s satisfaction; provided, that if any longer warranty period is specified for any materials, equipment or workmanship under any plans or specifications, this Agreement, a Work Order or any manufacturer’s warranty, the longer warranty period shall govern.  Service Provider shall ensure that all materials and equipment that have a manufacturer’s warranty are registered with the manufacturer in Client’s name.
