1. Click on the Reporting dropdown option. From the drop down select Reports.
2. In the Select Your Report dropdown, select any of the reports in the menu.
3. Click the pencil icon next to the details you want included in your report. You will then select the appropriate option needed in the "To be Selected" field. Once selected you will click on arrow pointing to the right. When your option has populated in the "Selected" field, click "Back". Your page will return to the main reporting screen.
Example: "Date Ranges".
4. Once your back on the main reporting page click "Run Report", "Email Report" or "Download .xlsx"
NOTE: Do NOT press your reporting option more than once, make sure to wait patiently or it will take longer for the report to create or freeze.
Run Report:
You will notice a pop up window with the message "Report is being generated, please wait". The report will open automatically once it has been generated/completed.
Once your report has generated, it can be exported in many formats. You can also print the report by clicking the print icon. You can also save the report by clicking on the save icon.
Email Report:
You will notice a pop up where you will; select your Report Format, add Notes you want included in the email, add email address of the person(s) to receive the report. Click OK.
A new pop up will show providing the details of the emailed report. Click OK. The report can take up to 15 minutes to be sent to the provided email address(s).
Download .xlsx:
When downloading your excel, you will see the message "Processing" at the top of your page.
Your file will be downloaded and you will be able to access from your Documents Folder.
NOTE: Your report may error out if your date rand is more than 1 year. If you are running into an error while running a report past a 1 year timeframe, please consider changing your report date range.
Service Provider further warrants that all materials, equipment and labor supplied to CBRE is and shall be free from errors, faults and defects in workmanship, construction, structural and functional design, material and operations and in conformance with the requirements of this Agreement and the applicable Work Order for a period of twelve (12) months following the completion of the Services to CBRE’s satisfaction; provided, that if any longer warranty period is specified for any materials, equipment or workmanship under any plans or specifications, this Agreement, a Work Order or any manufacturer’s warranty, the longer warranty period shall govern. Service Provider shall ensure that all materials and equipment that have a manufacturer’s warranty are registered with the manufacturer in Client’s name.
