Creating a Dispatch Filter Follow
Dispatch work orders are work orders in the statuses of Pending Acceptance, Vendor Accepted, and Vendor Rejected. These are the beginning statuses of work orders. If you have a specific person assigned to accept or reject work orders, then this filter will help.

1. On the vendor Directory list click your client name. When on the work order list select the “Clear Filters” button then “Submit Query”. This will refresh your work order list to show all the work orders assigned to your company.
2. Select the statuses you want to filter for, you can click on the “Work Order Status” filter option. This will drop down a list of statuses.
In this example you will be selecting Pending Acceptance, Vendor Accepted, and Vendor Rejected. Each time you select a status, you will need to select the dropdown to add additional statuses.
When you click the drop down, multiple statuses will generate that you will be able to select. After you select your needed status/s be sure to click “Submit Query", this will allow all of the needed work orders to generate.
3. You are able to reuse your filter by saving your created filter. To save your filter, you will click “Save”
A pop up labeled as “Save User Filter” will populate. You can name your filter as desired and save.
To access your saved filters, you will hover over the Filter tab. The names of your saved filters will show listed, select your needed filter option. Once you have selected your needed filter the page will refresh to show the items that meet your saved filter requirements.
Service Provider further warrants that all materials, equipment and labor supplied to CBRE is and shall be free from errors, faults and defects in workmanship, construction, structural and functional design, material and operations and in conformance with the requirements of this Agreement and the applicable Work Order for a period of twelve (12) months following the completion of the Services to CBRE’s satisfaction; provided, that if any longer warranty period is specified for any materials, equipment or workmanship under any plans or specifications, this Agreement, a Work Order or any manufacturer’s warranty, the longer warranty period shall govern. Service Provider shall ensure that all materials and equipment that have a manufacturer’s warranty are registered with the manufacturer in Client’s name.
