Creating a Filter for Work Orders in Quote Related Statuses Follow
This filtering option will assist you in following up on your work orders that are in a quote related status.
Login to www.fmPilot2.com and select your client
1. After selecting your client from the Vendor Directory list you will be brought to the work order list view. Locate and click “Clear Filters” then “Submit Query”. This will refresh your work order list to show all the work orders assigned to your company.
2. Click the “Work Order Status” filter option. A list of statuses will populate.
In this example we have selected Pending Quote, Pending Quote Verification, Waiting on Quote Approval, Quote Approved, Quote Rejected, and Quote Rejected Incurred. You will scroll down on the list to select the statuses you want. Each time you select a status, you will have to select the dropdown again to add an additional status.
After selecting your statuses they will all show in the work order status field. Be sure to click “Submit Query” in order to bring up all of your work orders in those statuses.
3. To save your filter to reuse in the future. You will click “Save”.
After clicking save a pop up labeled as “Save User Filter” will generate. You can name your filter and save by clicking "Save".
To access your saved filters, hover over “Filter". A drop down list will generate showing your saved filters. After selecting/clicking your filter the page will refresh to show the items that meet your saved filter requirements.
Quote Related Statuses:
PQTE - Pending Quote
PQVER - Pending Quote Verification
WQAPPR - Waiting on Quote Approval
QREJCT - Quote Rejected
QREJCTI - Quote Rejected Incurred
QAPPR - Quote Approved
Service Provider further warrants that all materials, equipment and labor supplied to CBRE is and shall be free from errors, faults and defects in workmanship, construction, structural and functional design, material and operations and in conformance with the requirements of this Agreement and the applicable Work Order for a period of twelve (12) months following the completion of the Services to CBRE’s satisfaction; provided, that if any longer warranty period is specified for any materials, equipment or workmanship under any plans or specifications, this Agreement, a Work Order or any manufacturer’s warranty, the longer warranty period shall govern. Service Provider shall ensure that all materials and equipment that have a manufacturer’s warranty are registered with the manufacturer in Client’s name.
