How to Create a User Follow
Login to www.fmPilot2.com
1. While on Vendor Directory click on the Administration Tab
2. Select Security
3. Click on Add User;
The new user field sections will open up; complete each field.
NOTE: The User ID should be the first initial and last name (jsmith). Also, Please make note during user creation: DO NOT Add your vendor code and backslash (ALL04011ME\) to the User Name field as that is added on the backend as the unique identifier for your companies users and is required to login to fmPilot 2 to gain access as needed.
The "Vendor Role" can be set to following roles:
Admin - Provides full access to fmPilot2 as well as the fsElite Connect Mobile App and the Costs/Unit field on the work completion screen on the mobile app. Also allows that user to be able to add users in the system.
User - Provides access to fmPilot 2 as well as to the fsElite Connect mobile app without the ability to add Material Costs/Unit. Does not allow user access to add users.
Mobile Only - Restricts the user to not be able to see the DNE on the app and user will not have the ability to add Material Costs/Unit. Mobile only credentials will allow access to the fmPilot2 website if they know the correct format to login.
4. Click on Update to save your new user profile
2nd Part of Creating a User:
Return to your Vendor Directory by clicking Return to Main, click Administration and choose Company Profile

You will copy your company Vendor Code.
Below is how you will format and provide the new users username:
Example Username Format: VendorCode\Username
(ALL04011ME\jsmith)
Remember to write the user name and password down since the system will not email it to the new user.
NOTE: To locate the backslash, you will find the backspace on your keyboard and select the slash key directly below it
You are now ready to log on using the new user name and password just created!

Service Provider further warrants that all materials, equipment and labor supplied to CBRE is and shall be free from errors, faults and defects in workmanship, construction, structural and functional design, material and operations and in conformance with the requirements of this Agreement and the applicable Work Order for a period of twelve (12) months following the completion of the Services to CBRE’s satisfaction; provided, that if any longer warranty period is specified for any materials, equipment or workmanship under any plans or specifications, this Agreement, a Work Order or any manufacturer’s warranty, the longer warranty period shall govern. Service Provider shall ensure that all materials and equipment that have a manufacturer’s warranty are registered with the manufacturer in Client’s name.
