How to Change a Work Order Status - Mode 4 Follow
To change a status you will always begin with the "Actions" tab. Depending on the current status of your work order that will determine what options populate in the Action's drop down menu.
From the status of In Progress; you will have the options below:
- Follow Up - means you need to go back to the site
- Materials Needed - you are waiting on material to arrive
- Work Complete-Submit Invoice - the job is done you are ready to invoice
- Work Complete-Zero Invoice - this was a warranty recall-no invoice to submit
- Pending Quote - you need to submit a quote
From the status of Follow Up; you will have the options below:
- Follow up complete - will change the status back to In progress
- Quote needed - will change the work order to Pending quote
From the status Waiting on Material; you will have the options below:
- Materials Arrived - will change the status back to In progress
From the status Pending Vendor Invoice; you will have the options below:
- ReQuote - will change the work order to Pending quote
- Work Complete-Zero invoice - will change the work order to closed (this is used for warranty recall-no invoice to submit
From the status Pending Quote; you will have the options below:
- Move Back To In Progress - Moves the work order back to in progress
- Follow Up - moves to follow up
- Waiting on Material - moves to waiting on Material
- Pending Vendor invoice - Moves to pending vendor invoice so you can submit your invoice.
Service Provider further warrants that all materials, equipment and labor supplied to CBRE is and shall be free from errors, faults and defects in workmanship, construction, structural and functional design, material and operations and in conformance with the requirements of this Agreement and the applicable Work Order for a period of twelve (12) months following the completion of the Services to CBRE’s satisfaction; provided, that if any longer warranty period is specified for any materials, equipment or workmanship under any plans or specifications, this Agreement, a Work Order or any manufacturer’s warranty, the longer warranty period shall govern. Service Provider shall ensure that all materials and equipment that have a manufacturer’s warranty are registered with the manufacturer in Client’s name.
