Downloading and Printing a Work Order - Mode 4

You are able to print or download your work order. This can be very helpful for your technicians as a signature page is provided on the PDF of the work order. 

Login to www.fmPilot2.com 

1. Select your client from the Vendor Directory list. This will take you into your work order list.

2. Locate the work order you need. Once you have located the needed work order you will click on the Printer Icon located directly on the work order list.

3. Once you click the Printer Icon, an additional message will pop up asking "Do you want to print with the Description of Work?". This is your choice if you want to print the comments or not. It is not usually necessary when printing/downloading the work order.

4. Once you make your selection, in this case we selected “Exclude Comments”, a separate window will generate. This is a PDF of your work order. From here, you can see all the details of the work order as well as a sign off section in case it is needed. You will then have the option to print by clicking the Printer icon or you can download by clicking the Downward arrow.

You have now Downloaded/Printed out your work order! 

 Service Provider further warrants that all materials, equipment and labor supplied to CBRE is and shall be free from errors, faults and defects in workmanship, construction, structural and functional design, material and operations and in conformance with the requirements of this Agreement and the applicable Work Order for a period of twelve (12) months following the completion of the Services to CBRE’s satisfaction; provided, that if any longer warranty period is specified for any materials, equipment or workmanship under any plans or specifications, this Agreement, a Work Order or any manufacturer’s warranty, the longer warranty period shall govern.  Service Provider shall ensure that all materials and equipment that have a manufacturer’s warranty are registered with the manufacturer in Client’s name.
